Service scope

• Dedicated AWS-hosted GooseHub runtime.
• Managed platform operations for uptime, patching, and monitoring.
• Customer responsibility for account-level configuration, data entry, and policy choices.

Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Annual plans receive discounted effective monthly pricing.
• Taxes and payment processing terms are handled via Stripe checkout.

Suspension and termination

• Failed payments trigger retries and customer notification.
• Extended non-payment can suspend hosted access.
• Data retention and deletion windows are defined in account cancellation flow.
