How does provisioning work?
After Stripe confirms subscription checkout, we queue a provisioning job, deploy your GooseHub Docker workload in AWS, and assign a unique subdomain at *.goosehub.com.
Which email becomes the first login?
The billing email collected at checkout becomes the default OTP email identity for the tenant.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your subscription enters a payment-recovery window. We retry billing through Stripe and notify you before any service suspension.
What happens when I cancel or payment fully lapses?
We retain data for 30 days and email an encrypted export artifact to the billing email on file.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. You can update billing interval via customer portal links in your account area.
Can I export data and self-host later?
Yes. We provide export guidance so you can migrate to self-hosted GooseHub when needed.
